Ten years ago Gwinnett initiated its first Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) study in the area within and surrounding the Gwinnett Place Activity Center. The 2001 LCI study laid out the steps for a creating a new form of community in the heart of Gwinnett – one that is designed with a balance of places and activities for its people, is pedestrian-friendly, and provides for a variety travel modes. The time has come to refresh the 2001 study and refine the vision and action plan for the area! Your voice is needed. Residents, businesses, property owners, and others are encouraged to help study area leaders set the foundation for bringing the Gwinnett Place Activity Center to the next level and envision the future!
